Many innovations will come from existing technologies, meaning that companies are getting comfortable and don’t keep on seeking new technologies to solve their problems. This will also give some air, not being constantly in a chase keeping up with all emerging tech.
The Internet may be transparent and comes with ease, companies who will respect their customers will have a plus from the customers perception. Too many stories can be read of violating privacy and respecting the privacy.

Instead of ‘bending’ rules or the wish of the customers, creative minds will have a blast at reaching their customers on their terms, at the right time, place with the right content.
With regard to the last two themes, key take aways are:
Search Marketing remains the lifeblood of Marketing and a trend which is already occuring, Search is maturing, to remain getting the most out of it, companies need to get granular, indepth, understanding better the relation between customer-site-product/service/brand.
Empowerment, serenpidity, high value, consistency, all terms that relate to the customer or your potential customer. The amount of touch points will only increase, make sure to position yourself within the mind in such a way that you’ll be recognized amidst all the noise.
