Reflection: “For Every Optimization, There’s a Pyramid, So Get Started”

The want-to-do-it-right-at-once mentality creates a slower optimization path and process whilst incremental optimization is accountable, less expensive and risky.

The article shows a pyramid of five levels:
* Functional
* Accessible
* Usable
* Intuitive
* Persuasive

It’s paradoxal though, companies want to achieve all the steps at once, or want to achieve with one or few actions the Persuasive level. The most important comes as last. At the other hand, the Persuasive level is a cohesive level consisting of all the underlying levels.
Apply a mindful approach to optimizations and do it step by step. The cohesion’s effect will be stronger when the underlying levels are employed well-thought and with the right purposes towards the goals the website needs to achieve.

How do you optimize your website? With incremental steps? Like the Pyramid or something else?
