Actio – Contemplatio

My first Father’s Day

A quick note during my first Father’s Day as a father myself.
Our son (Dante) got me a cool gift which he made at the child care, 2 fingerpainted roles with a great photo which depicts the little boy in painting action.

It’s great to dwell on all that happened during my first 6 months of fatherhood, all the fun happenings, challenges, uncertainties, responsibilities etc and reflect on it.

At the same time, flashing back to the old days with my own father, remembering lots of great memories we did and the way he brought me up.
Now it’s up to me, to pass on the learned values, I hope Dante will have the same flashbacks as I have when he will look back.

Back to daily activity, securing the living room, Dante is creeping and not much is safe at this point :)
